Whom do I complain to?

Customers and clients are encouraged to assist the Bank with their suggestions or complaints.

The Bank has a proactive Complaint Cell consisting of the following individuals who can be contracted or written to directly. The Bank follows a policy of Customer First and strongly believes in resolving complaints in the shortest possible time. You should receive a response within 24 hours or one Banking Day.
