Purpose of the Job:

The Head of Corporate Liability will be responsible for designing and marketing competitive value added deposit products to the corporate customer segments, retaining customer satisfaction and ensure customer loyalty to the bank. The customer segment will include corporate & emerging corporate. This position will also provide strategic leadership for sustainable deposit growth along with simplification of the product offering as well as supporting to build most sought after bank for corporate deposit customers.

 

Job description/Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deposit marketing team efficiently and effectively
  • Meet the assigned deposit mobilization target within the deadline
  • Ensure deposit growth, profitability and Business Sustainability
  • Suggest and implement actions to stay competitive in corporate liability marketing
  • Develop and organize necessary marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Maintain customer relations with all corporate customers
  • Promote the deposit mobilization and service culture through mentoring, training and achieve the individual goals through new business, referrals and retention of accounts.
  • Ensure high quality and satisfactory customer service to all customers across the branches
  • Monitoring marketing team and motivate them to achieve sales target consistently
  • Visiting prospective customers for generating new customer base
  • Closely work with HOBs/ BDM’s and budget preparation team to set target
  • Closely work with product team and other corporate office division (ICT, accounts etc.) to open/ restructure General Ledger (GL) for product wise business tracking
  • Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting to top management on product wise business tracking and profitability with target 
  • Develop SLA (Service level agreement) with relevant corporate office divisions to ensure required support for this units activities
  • Take pro-active measures through training & other means to Business Development Managers (BDM)/AROs/ colleagues in order to build awareness
  • Help to introduce new liability products (as & when required) in collaboration with product team.

 

Educational Qualification: Master’s in any discipline preferably in business background with good academic record. Sound knowledge and proven track record in dealing with corporate customers.

 

Job Experience: At least 18 (eighteen) years’ and above experience in any reputed private commercial bank.

Purpose of the Job:

Head of Cash Management will be responsible for growing corporate business for the Cash Management Unit. Cash Management Unit: Major objectives are Deposit growth from existing corporate clients & new to bank by CASA on-boarding, providing Cash Management solutions, digital platform launching & customized product developments and collaboration between Internal & External stakeholder. This role is also responsible for acquiring business and providing high level of services directly to a number of corporate clients across a wide range of products and services. The role manages and maintains current business relationships and seeks new accounts for achieving a profitable business portfolio for the business. Peer bank’s information & market intelligence. Working on Digital Cash Management product solutions. Collaboration with Internal & External stakeholders.

The incumbent is to maintain strong working relations with all existing clients to increase deposit base.


Job description/Responsibilities:

  • Create new business opportunities for the bank ensuring a profitable portfolio for the bank. 
  • Identifying the target market i.e. Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, Government utility service provider, Large local and Multinational companies, Capital Market (Securities Companies, IPOs and Dividend), Insurance, NGO, Education, Health care, Fuel & Power, Food, Telecommunication sector etc. to align their collection/payment solution and develop new business to enrich deposit portfolio and peruse growth opportunity and increase wallet -share of existing business as well as maintain low cost of fund.
  • Meeting budget and maximizing the Bank’s earnings opportunities by booking CASA, SND, special Transactional Account, FDR etc.
  • Negotiate with customers in order to add good deposit base to the bank’s portfolio. Improve portfolio profitability by earning more fee based income through offering collection, payment solutions, Capital Market Services, IPO’s Banker to the issues and Lead Banker to the issue, Dividend payment etc.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance and process efficiency.
  • Enrich knowledge of Corporate Banking products & solutions and related regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop strong working relations with all existing clients to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
  • Earn trusted advisor status by integrating corporate finance ideas and multi-product solutions to help clients navigate liability issues.
  • Advise clients on markets transactions including deposits, collection /payment solutions etc.
  • Ensure internal and external compliance
  • Ensure process development and efficiency for better customer services.
  • Cross selling for Employee Banking Unit, Priority, retail products, treasury products, Asset client reference, etc
  • Acquire knowledge of Corporate Banking products & solutions.
