FAQ – Passport Endorsement & 500 Bonus Reward Points Campaign
1. What is this campaign about?
This campaign offers 500 Bonus Reward Points to eligible Bank Asia Credit Cardholders who endorse their passport with a Travel Quota limit for 2026 using their Bank Asia Credit Card within the campaign period.
2. Who is eligible for this campaign?
- All Bank Asia VISA & Master Credit Cardholders
- Dual Currency Credit Card holders
- Primary and Supplementary cardholders are both eligible
3. What does passport endorsement mean?
Passport endorsement refers to endorsing the travel quota limit on a customer’s passport, which allows them to legally use foreign currency under the travel quota for international travel or foreign transactions.
4. What reward will the customer receive?
Eligible customers will receive 500 Bonus Reward Points after successful passport endorsement within the campaign period.
5. When is the campaign period?
The campaign is valid until January 31, 2026.
6. Is foreign currency spending required to earn the reward points?
No. Only passport endorsement using the Bank Asia Credit Card is required to qualify for the 500 reward points.
7. Are supplementary cardholders eligible?
Yes. Supplementary cards are applicable for this campaign.
8. How many times can a customer earn the reward?
The reward is applicable once per eligible card during the campaign period, unless otherwise notified.
9. When will the reward points be credited?
Reward points will be credited after verification, within the standard processing timeline followed by Bank Asia, after ending of the campaign period
10. Will customers receive confirmation?
Customers will receive confirmation through the reflection of the 500 reward points in their next month’s Credit Card Statement.
